Attached are spending guidelines that have been developed to assist you with determining the appropriate source of university funding to use for various types of expenses. These guidelines have been through several iterations and reviews and are based on IRS, state, university, and foundation policies. The guidelines will continue to be updated as needed. The latest version will be posted on the Financial Services web page http://finservc.asp.radford.edu/ under Policies and Procedures.
